Terrible service

I have been calling Eskom to come fix the electricity in my grandmother's house with no luck they have been out of electricity since the 20th of December 2019...I call the call centre all I get are rude agents. I'm not sure if Eskom is not fixing this because it's in the rural areas...mind you the electricity is prepaid we not owing Eskom anything
