Terrible service!!

Such a terrible, *********** service from Eskom. We had a power outage on the 19th of Oct. We reported the matter to Eskom, and they kept giving us references. We were told that technicians would come through and assess our meter box. It's the 22nd of Oct today no one showed up, instead they sell us a different story everytime we phone them. Need I not mention that they're are also *****, it's either they'll tell you that the technicians did come, and found no one home or that the power supply had been restored.
