Terrible service

There was a very bad outburst on the electricity meter at Ritavi street zone 2 Diepkloof on the 7th of April 2016 . I called the call centre after I call fire fighters , the gave me a reference number and confirmed that they'll come in an hour . After two hours of waiting I called again to speak to Maggie Mogage who gave me extremely bad attitude I held for her team leader for more than 26 mins and still did not stop to speak to the team leader . I was disrespected and told to sleep as they will not come at this time of the night . I called over and over again to get the same bad response and attitude .
