Terrible Customer Service.

I called the Eskom customer service line on Monday the 8th July, and got through to Sithembile Jaca, who was utterly rude. I could tell that he is not interested in listening to my problem and he kept interrupting me as I tried explaining my query. This person really made me feel like a pest that he couldn't wait to get rid of, and to make things worse, he didn't even offer me a reference and when I requested for one he said he will send it to my phone, which he never did and yes, I had to call in again. I just feel that on top of everything that we are battling with regarding Eskom's service delivery, we should at least feel appreciated when we call in but no, that's not the case, thanks to the likes of Sithembile Jaca.

Could such customer service be addressed and I would really like an apology from this person in question.
