Termination of Service request for almost 2 years

We have been requesting termination of Account from 30 April 2016, as to date we have still not received any feedback on our numerous written requests, telephone calls ect. Still we are being invoice each month for something we are not using and the interest on overdue account keeps on accumulating.

Is there any employee still breathing at ESKOM Hennopsrivier - Brits - North East@eskom?
