Technicians wothout s****s working outside and only causing more damage than good

Ref ********** 32 I had power in my house the technicians went to fix the number power on the pole when they left 3 houses including me had no power logged a ref was told it will be attended within 6 hrs after 6 hrs I was told it will be attended the following day this is not acceptable the in efficiency of their technician has caused me a lot of damage had two fridges with meat an other food which today I must go and put them in the dust bin who is going to refund me the money as this was caused by technicians who do not know what they are doing Call centre must be closed add no value the only thing they tell lies all the time you can listen to the recording as they say all their calls are recorded Hope some one senior at Eskom will contact me or I need to take action against my loss as it was caused by no s****s technicians Regards Jacob
