Technicians lie about attending complaints

Our electricity was disconnected in the early afternoon. We contacted Eskom when we realised that it was not load shedding as our neighbors had electricity. We were informed that a technician from Eskom would be dispatched to our residence within 4-6 hours. Upon expiry of the 4 hour period we called Eskom to enquire as we had not heard from the technician
