Technicians closing SR without resolution

Dear Eskom we dont have electricity and today is the 6th day, we have logged over 10 service requests and when we follow up we get advised that ticket closed matter has been resolved technician was on site around 7pm...these are fat lies the matter is still not resolved no technician came to resolve it....clearly these technicians just claim overtime without even visiting the site let alone resolving the issue at hand...this needs to be investigated as we can not be in the dark whereas we have tolerated your unreasonably expensive electricity...I need these lying technicians to be brought to book.
