Technician fault

Eskom references: ***- closed *** - re logged Kindly assist in escalating the matter to the technical team as they are not aware of the issue they caused and are refusing to fix it.

On Monday,10 July 2023, the technicians came to our area to fix a problem with the local school electricity supply. While they were working on the issue they stumbled on triggering our electricity supply which they just “sort of fixed” temporarily. Later, after our loadshedding schedule times we didn’t have any power supply and this has affected 17 houses. We logged an issue on Tuesday morning , 11 July, but we have not received any response to fix the problem yet we have not had any issues prior to the technicians coming on Monday.

We need this resolved as some household have elderly people who depend on the electricity for survival.
