TARIFF REGULATION

Different areas and suburbs and townships being charged different tariffs. does Eskom regulate this at all.<br> <br> I have moved to a new suburb recently and I am now paying more on electricity and in this new house I use a gas stove. The houses are the same size. both 3 bed houses. my friends are staying in the township and pay less than half what I'm paying in the same size house. There is something wrong here.<br> <br> Are municipalities allowed to charge whatever they like?
