SUZUMNKI MABASO BAD SERVICE

I have just received horrible service from one of Esoom consultants no by the name Suzuki Mabaso (not even sure he gave me his correct first name)

The guys literally provided horrible serves by lying because he did not want to provide better service to me,

Servi e rendered to me by that gentlemen I won't let it slide, if nothing is done I will have to report it to the national ombuds, I have a recording as well.
