stupid eskom with their poor service

I've never experienced this bad service in my life, maybe you guys are doing this because we depending on you and it's because you Don't have competition.<br> On Saturday during the day the power went off and I've checked the meter box outside and it was also off so I thought it's load shedding as usual but later on my neighbours and other houses were on but was off so I contact Eskom to report the issue and I spoke to a lady by the Name of Nombuso she assisted me and gave me this ref number ***, she said technician were going to come I 6 hours of which they never did instead they came on Sunday that's after 18 hour after I called and he didn't help either he told me to go and buy prepaid electricity then I must give him a call and he'll come back of which I did as he said and he said he was coming, guess what he never came and I tried calling him again and he's phone was off, I waited and no one came and today which Is Monday 2 guys came of they were not technicians and didn't know what was wrong and they also said the technician will come before the of today but he never came, I called again and I spoke to a lady by the Name of Nontobeko *** she said the previous case
