Street Lights Out for more than two weeks

Good day, i have been logging urgent calls with eskom for the last two weeks regarding our street lights not working. I have also explained in my emails that due to our high crime rate in our area this causes lots of panic for us as workers as well as for our children. Due to we travelling early morning and have church in the evenings. Eskom has'nt even sent me an reference number for my call yet, the first time this happened it was sorted in no time with reference, but now there is no response from them, please help me get my area's or roads street lights on.
