Hello Peter.

I'm a science teacher. In 2016 I took my learners to a science program in Port Elizabeth where we won a competition with a prototype which was designed by my learners and I. Our prototype was designed to detect and report malicious use and abuse of electricity meter boxes.

In 2017 I saw a newspaper article (the new age, 29th June, page 5), which reported that Eskom will implement the exact same concept which we had presented in PE a year prior to the article. A few months earlier, I had one of my learners showing me the working principle that he had downloaded from Eskom's website which ironically resembled our very own working principle meaning that Eskom had already began using our concept without consulting us.

I would like assistance with any legal aid on a pro-bono basis from anyone one with relevant legal expertise to help me tackle this matter with Eskom.
