Still no reply

After emailing eskom on many occasions too no avail. I have not received the over charge for 2 days; 27-28 October 2019. The final meter readings were before 12:00 26/10/2019.

Furthermore the deposit of R12280.20 is not anywhere near the value of R13772.96 on the 2019 tax certificate attached.
