Steeling my Money

The mindblowing incompetence of Eskpm goes way beyond just inability to generate power. I closed my account with ESkom on their own app on the 19/5/2023. The case reference is ***. They were also given the meter reading at the same time. A month later they then sent me the final invoce with a prvisional reading that they sucked out the air that was for R7000? Mever in my life had I paid R7000 in a month and I had already completed their move out on their own app. And that move out was closed on the system, I have a screenshot proving it. We have spoke numerous times to Eskom to resolve and they are all clearly all incomptetent to resolve queries. We even have pictures proving the readings... There is no hope for Eksdom
