Someone must die first for Eskom to take you serious

So at home every time we try using electricity appliances we would get electrocuted and at first it was just a kettle next thing it was everything and I’m currently pregnant two weeks ago I was doing laundry and got electrocuted and didn’t feel my baby move and I panicked thinking it’s the electricity but I went to the dr and he said everything is fine I have proof of that cause I didn’t even go to my gynae just rushed to the nearest GP anyways my mom decided to take the matter serious and called a private electrician who then told us it’s not inside the house it’s cables outside therefore we must contact eskom and my mother did, the guy comes and says he forgot his stepladder he will come back shortly and never came back then my mom called later and said a child has been electrocuted and is in hospital only then they come so in order for Eskom to act something must happen first or someone must die first then she admitted no child is in hospital she just wanted them to take the matter serious which was wrong but again why must something happen for them to act and the following day which was Tuesday we were told that they came with the whole management cause of the “child in hospital” which would’ve been pointless had someone really been in hospital cause they would be dead anyways so coming here with 12 cars and detectives was really pointless why didn’t they act when we first made the call anyways then we get told there was some ******* connections which we didn’t know about why would we call Eskom if we did something ******* and we buy electricity every week which they can check and confirm so I take it now we being punished because no child has died as their wish cause that’s the only serious matter to them we haven’t had electricity since Monday every time we call we get different stories and now we told they cut it off because of the ******* connection but no one is saying anything to us, a family friend of ours actually died from being electrocuted while cleaning so this was serious but we ****ed off Eskom cause no one died yet and they decide to cut off our electricity and not say a word to us meanwhile there’s millions of people who don’t even bother buying electricity but they are happily warm in their homes without electricity so this is what one gets for being a good citizen
