Sneaky Eskom employee

Yesterday an employee of eskom came to my property threatening to cutt my power. He had paperwork stating my account was in the rears. After he left I phoned Eskom to find out what was going on. My accounts were all up to date and they knew nothing about thus individual. I suspect a **** or incompetence is at play here
