Sies Eskom technicians are useless

We are very disappointed in the service of eskom after their technician came to fix a street box. Now certain houses have been left without electricity. It's more than 24 hours and multiple queries and calls logged later. We still cannot get hold of anyone. I don't know how qualified those technicians were to fix the problem on certain houses and then left other houses without electricity.
