Shocking customer service by Eskom

Shocking customer service. *** *** Cancelled my account 3 month ago but I am still being billed every month , I sent numerous emails and called the call center numerous times and been promised I would be called by a manager yet to date nothing other than automated emails responses. Most pathetic service ever
