****ty company and service

This company does not care about people,we have had an issue with electricity for the past 10 years and yet we were told we won't have any power cuts this year....but still we have to call and get them to come and help us with this issue.we call and if someone comes,they fix this and then leave....five minutes after,we are back to square one,they are selfish,we want them to sort this out or let them keep their ****ty service.we will survive with gas and lamps of paraffin.
