Shenanigans accounting system

I am disgusted with the bad service you are providing, January i went to eskom offices thohoyandou inquiring about my account and i was told i am in credit of R 3258-00, which i wanted to claim it as a refund but they said they wont refund me rather it will stay in my account , Feb i payed R 400 so today now they switch off my electricity they said i owe R 1122.45 which is not known were it come from .
