Several References... But No Action

As a residence in Mabopane i am highly disappointed with the service of ESKOM. We have been with no electricity since Tuesday, having contacted the call centerer and obtaining more than one references. Consultant telling us the matter has been escalated to their supervisors, technicians been sent out to my area in Mabopane, but NO RESPONSE, WE SILL SITTING IN THE COLD IN THE DARK.
