Several Reference Numbers later still no electricity

I logged call for a household in Soweto, ext 44 Protea glen on the 9th May 2023 but to date nothing has been done about it except for endless reference numbers. There was loadshedding in the area on Monday the 8th May and when electricity was restored in the area it was restored to the house as well but only to switch off a few minutes later and to date its has not been restored. When the call was logged on the 10th May we got a reference and were told that in 48 hours power would be restored. As a rate paying household this is beyond frustrating that Eskom is not taking this seriously. There are 6 reference numbers so far yet no electricity.
