Setting without electricity for 3 months now

I have been struggling to get assistance from Eskom since the 2nd of march. We have been without electricity and every time we call we are told they will come after 7 days after 7 days they say the call takes 14 days to be resolved after 14 days the call is closed, I have 5 references now and the same situation is been repeating itself, such poor service, no wonder there is so many people breach the electricity is because if you try to follow the rules you suffer for ever like my situation now. I have sitting without electricity for 3 months full now. I am staying in Riverside view, Diepsloot. We are told that the office that supposed to serve us is Mnandi office
