Service request not attended to

Been waiting for service since yesterday even now I don't have electricity ppl working for eskom as technicians take advantage they closed my query without resolving the issue. I am just not sure why he or she did dat I am frustrated this is totally unacceptable even the call center is not giving feedback u only get an update only if u call them
