Service is Poor

Good Day Ref no *** .i reported a fault on a Sunday first ref no I was given was closed with no explanation now a new ref no was created with no feedback no one is calling us to tell us exactly when is electricity will be fixed i called just now and I was told they coming since 9 am today the technician has been coming.Is this fair that since Sunday there has been no electricity My mother is noy well as so depending on this electricity meter no *** Nolast Gwija ***.Is this the service we suppose to get that we should wait for 3 days without knowing when will electricity be fixed.
