**** service from this thing called Eskom

I am so disgusted by the service delivery from Eskom 3 weeks with no electricity In Bram fischerville ext 2 I've been calling that useless call center every single day I receive reference number stating technicians are on the way lies I tell you false hope today I Spoke to a gentleman by Velaphi gave me ref *** who reports to Laura Christianwood was told he is not allowed to give out managers emails given the pandemic I'm working from home I have to make a plan visit peoples' houses what if I get covid 19 and die does Eskom care about people worse part we buy electricity. Are we being treated like this because we stay in the township no and I know that manager has hot water and a hot meal everyday what matters to them is a pay check if people die they don't care at all the Government needs to intervene
