Service delivery and maintenance is shocking

Service delivery is nonexistent - all steps taken to log complaint and we wonder what is the point. I am a good paying Eskom customer and yet am unable to receive the service I pay for. Logging calls on the complaints line gets us nowhere. Technicians come and they go - nothing is fixed properly and no follow up as to when we can expect the service we pay for. So unsatisfactory and disappointingly expected!
