I am not very satisfied with the service that this service provider offers, my grandmother who is 90 has no electricity cause of a supply fault, my cousins who live with her have been calling to get this problem resolved but they are told that the meter number that is being issued doesn't belong to them, I also called now in the morning and spoke to vuyo makapela who still cant help me also and refers also that this meter number is not theres . I have called city power cos the meter has their sign on it and they state that they do not work in Soweto as it I s Eskom's area a guy by the name of Collin from their call centre told me so, I would like to know now from these places who is going to help us when the other party keeps pointing us back to the other and not giving us a viable solution, it will now be 3 days that she doesn't have power.
