Scared and unhappy

I called eskom call centre today around 11 am and talk to the lady(Zanele) told her my story about my meter box which is overheating and dropping off of power plugfrom last year she just hang up and its not the first time they do this so that you cannot get reference number eskom eskom eskom plz help
