SA dark townships due to Eskom

I'm question is what is our sin, what is it that we have done to deserve to be ****ed and mistreat. Is it because we don't have enough money for our voices to be heard or is it because township people are less human according to some superior beings. In Cosmo city extension 5 and 6 that I know of, every day with no fail from 5pm to just after 10pm we are experiencing power outages and I have called eskom and I was told these a transformer that they are working on and my question, are u working on it daily and there was no answer. I hear same think is happening in other townships across the province but I don't hear of the same happening in the suburbs hence my ask, what it our sin. Eskom CEO promised of no load shedding in winter or wasn't he talking about us?
