Rude technician not attending to a clients issue

I had logged a call with Eskom and I was assigned a technician Zolani Njikelana. He was meant to come and check out my issue. He never came. I called him twice following up on him. And he was rude and not helpful at all. I still have not been assisted. No one has come to sort out my issue. Service from Eskom technicians is poor and unacceptable as we are paying citizens
