Rude female call center agents

Rating is actually zero. Eastern Cape option, the ladies at their call center are rude. One just dropped my call and was rude from the get go. We wait for hours waiting to be assisted but to be met with rudeness. I wanted to do follow ups for 5 references, after she assisted me with one, she hung up on me. Please call the ladies assisting us Eastern Cape into order, they are very rude.
