Rude and chicky employees which lack proper s****s and training

Your meter reader was very rude and chicky Lepou Concelia.... Came in the yard and demanded to see the meter... No introduction of who is she and from where and why... When I asked her she pulled out her card roughly and said I can take a Pic if I want and snorted at me..... ????
