I bought R600.00 electricity from pick n pay on the 31 of august 2015 and only get 177.1 units. when I call the Ekurhuleni offices for clarity they said there is nothing they can do about it .it means they over charged me instate of 95 cent per unit I paid 4.95 per unit.so this is not fair to me.
