Rich areas not affected by load shedding?

I work in Westville (higher income area) and live in Reservoir hills (lower income area). I experience load shedding almost every day In Reservoir hills but don't ever experience load shedding at work (Westville) ? How does this work? I receive an sms from our alarm company every time the power trips at my work place so I am fully aware of the load shedding times In Westville or shall I say the lack of it!<br> Why are some areas more privileged than others?<br> in Reservoir hills we just experienced load shedding twice, 4-6 pm & 9-10pm? ? <br> I wonder what load shedding shedule they following? <br> <br>
