Request to move away from Eskom Pole I share with Businesses.

Hello to all. From 2018 I have electricity problem. I share a pole with 2 yards which someone built rooms to rent but before it was households / was not a business. Since they built those rooms (about 40 to 50 rooms), our pole is overloaded and makes a circuit breaker to trip in the evenings. It also burnet once and I called Eskom and the came and repaired. The problem continues even today, even my appliances burnet but i didnt log a formal complain. I asked Eskom to move me to another pole or line away from the rooms but they are failing to do so, all the say is that they will send someone to investigate the pole and our meters but nothing happens. I was also told to tell the landlords to apply for a transformer, instead of coming and see what the problem I face is and do the rest as the office (Eskom). If you know which steps I can take to come out of this problem please help!
