Reporting my burned Meter

<p>On monday night I came home from work to find my meter no working and the was no electricity.</p> <p>I called Eskom same time and I took an option of sending an SMS and I 've send 2 SMS. and no respond.</p> <p>Tuesday I reported (I called 3times) again they gave me a ref: ********** 82 and it was closed and they send me a message that the power is restored. I went home and nothing has been done. Wednesday I called again 3 times they came me another ref ********** 73 the technician came and said the meter is burned off he went and did nothing about it he closed the ref again and nothing has been done, I laid a complain they gave me a ref ********** 87 and nothing was been done, I called Thurday (3times) and they said Technician is on the way and he never came. I called Today (Friday) the technician is still caming. My fridge is off all my meat is getting rotten, the money we are spending to buy take aways the air time that is waisted on Eksom calls.</p> <p>Please assist</p>
