reporting a fault with our electricity

We haven't had electricity for 5 days at my house. It was our street at first they came and fixed the problem but our house still didnt have electricity when we told them about this we were told that they can't switch off the electricity for other households to fix ours. What bull **** is that. I mean we pay our electricity bill every month. We have called eskom for about 3 times today and they told us they're coming. They're still coming even now. Now I'm thinking they'll come when Jesus comes down. I'm reporting this mistreatment because Someone has to answer for it.<br> <br>
