Reported power failure since 10th December with no asdistance
We reported a power failure due to damage to transformer PE on the 10th of December to date nothing has been done by eskom. We reported thru Alfred Chabot. National customer service number ending with 66 but nothing happened to date we are still out of power and our refrigerated foods are getting damaged. The critical factor is that we are given references and when making a follow up we are told the fault has been cleared. How cleared is it when we are still in the dark and the transformer pole is still as it was damaged by a delivery truck? What are Eskom workers paid for if they take holidays as early as 10th December. Who writes the faulty is cleared when it is not. Anybody with Ceo and general managers contact details of Eskom please help us. What is worse is that Eskom closed CNC offices in Cala and Elliot since Covid 19 started. All other departments are opened is it only Eskom staff who get infected by the virus? Rural areas are not considered as decent areas by Eskom. We are so frustrated and concerned as put boxes have electricity credits yet we are in the dark and we are **** to as the fault is cleared by who and when we tried all we could and friends in Eskom tried others even phoning Eastern Cape Province Manager who has done nothing dud we have to go to that length no. Umata service number *** is useless. As early as 08h00 u get an answering machine that will ask you to hold for a agent for hours if you are lucky to go through being told it is not available. We are in the dark and our food is rotting. Please anyone to assist us with contact details of Ceo and GM Eskom can please assist us. We are Tsengiwe village Mhlonyaneni section Cala Eastern Cape Province kindly assist us thank you
