Reliance and Realistic time of loadshedding

Good day It is been now 7 hours without Electricity in Mabopane Block b. Other areas the electricity is been back on time. We got people who are chronic and I am working from home and when there is no electricity there is lot of network challenges therefore can Eskom be reliable and realistic with the loadshedding processes.
