regestering of meter box

i went to eskom offices in Temba/Hammanskraal 2013 to register my meter box because it was rejecting the token numbers,i was helped by a male guy i don't know his name he gave me forms which i completed and told me everything is fine after 6 weeks my meter box will be registered,i was purchasing my electricity as always until today when my meter box was refusing to take the token numbers again,i called eskom call center and spoke to Sipho and i was told my meter box was not registered i should go to eskom offices again and there is nothing that they can do, they can only send me some numbers that i can use within 48hrs,i am typing this complaint holding the candle with my left hand i am in the dark because of people who are unable to do their work is bad enough we are experiencing load shading but this as well...pathetic service eskom Temba# eskom call centre.
