Refusing people a basic human right

It's been close to 2 weeks without any electricity in Kagiso Ext 12. We've called eskom to notify them on various occasions to no avail. Our counselor even went to the offices in Randfontein where she was blatantly told they would not resolve the issue. So clearly eskom feels that we as a small black community really don't deserve something that I would consider a basic human right in the day and we live in.
