REFUND OF ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT

I sold my property over 3 months ago. I was initially told that refunds take approx 2 weeks to be paid back!! Which is almost 5K.<br> <br> I have phoned them at least 10 times and emailed them over 20 times, with little or no response.<br> *** is wrong with you ESKOM???!!!!
