REFUND OF ELECTRICITY DEPOSIT

When I app**** for Electricity via Eskom in 2010 I had to lodge a R5230.00 deposit with them.<br> <br> I cancelled the supply about 3 years later and requested my deposit to be paid back to me in Feb 2015. I have phoned them at least 5 times and emailed them and everytime I finally get throgth to someone I am given a reference number and told that I will be called back.<br> I am now on my 4th reference number and still have not had anyone phone me back.<br> I was initially told that refunds take approx 2 weeks to be paid back. Well I am now on almost 3 months.<br> <br> ESKOM you are a total disgrace and I am highly disappointed in your lack of service quality. Shame on you
