Refund not paid out 1 year later

<p>Account ********** 815 was closed in June 2015. I have phoned Eskom numerous times to get my refund and keep getting told someone will phone me back. It has been escalated numerous times to the correct department and still nothing. Refund reference ********** 44.</p>
