Refund money for my keypad

I paid R560 for a new key pad because they refused to send a technician out. I paid on the 6th of April, when the technician came out after sending proof of payment he just reset the keypad and said I do not need a new one. He kept the old 1, I called in to request for a refund and Itumeleng Kekana has been assisting me, it got canceled and captured again. I have been requesting my money for the last 2 months now. I have no new keypad and I have no money. I feel ****med, they were so quick to request for my money and now they don’t want to pay it back.
