Refund for closed account

i closed my account in October, all documents were sent on the 21st of October 2024, i was advised the refund would take 4-6 weeks, i have been calling and following up, at least twice a week, and nobody seems to care to refund my money. its week been 15 weeks. i just want my money back, i want them to give me the energy they gave when i was required to make the deposit.

Fortunate Nxumalo, and Nolundi, are not providing reasonable customer service.
