Why is eskom failing paying customers? I called yesterday morning for a fault in the pole, I got reference and when I checked on follow up later at about 4pm now when I checked according to the eskom records I have been helped which its a lie no technician came. What do I do in a case like that cause my Hubby locked another call yesterday for the same problem its 4pm no technician Whst do I do now?
